    自制可爱饼干

    饼干原料：
            
             低份：120g*2（也就是两份）；奶粉20g,高乐高40g；
            
             白砂糖30g,糖粉40g（这是用30g白糖和10g淀粉混合自己打的）；
            
             室温软化的黄油120g.
            
             还有鸡蛋一只，用长长的杯子的杯口压出圆形。
            
             还需要20ml牛奶和2g盐。
     

    下面是做法：
              
                     1。把事先软化的黄油打发，变成羽毛状的时候，加白砂糖和盐，再打一会儿，白砂糖有点化了，加糖粉，打。
              
                     2。一点一点地加进去多半只鸡蛋的蛋液和牛奶，打均匀。第一份低份加进去奶粉，筛两遍，第二份低份加高乐高，筛两遍。
              
                     3。打好的黄油混合物分成相同重量的两分，分别把奶粉面和高乐高面筛进去，用搅拌棒搅匀，放冰箱冷藏20分钟。
              
                    4。面团分别取出，赶成薄片，用杯子先压出个圆形来。
              
                    5。用心型刻花器在圆形的正中刻出一颗心来。
              
                    6。把心和另外一种颜色的心交换一下，排列在烤盘上。
              
                    7。烤箱预热180度，中层，15分钟。到时间了，取出来在架子上冷却。
     
    香酥美味，作为下午茶的茶点，真是再合适不过了。
