    香草蒜味曲奇

    又一次狠心的把长高的罗勒做了摘芯处理,所以有了今天的这个香草饼干!
     
    在烤的过程中满屋都飘着洋葱混合蒜香和罗勒的味道,非常非常的香!
     
    材料:
             黄油150克、新鲜的罗勒适量(如果没有用一些干的香草也可以)、低粉180克、鸡蛋1/2个、奶粉1大匙、黑胡椒粉1/4小匙、糖60克、盐1小匙、辣椒粉1/4小匙(我用的是不太辣的西班牙辣椒粉,如果没有可以不放)、蒜蓉1小匙(最好用压蒜器压出来)、切得极细的洋葱末2大匙
    做法:
             1、黄油室温放软,加糖和盐打发,加入1/2个鸡蛋拌匀。从冰箱里拿出来的鸡蛋不要直接放进去,要放至室温才能用。
             2、新鲜的罗勒洗净,用厨房纸巾吸干水分后切碎加入黄油中,再加入蒜蓉和切成细末的洋葱拌匀。
             3、把低粉、奶粉、黑胡椒粉和辣椒粉筛入黄油中拌匀,装在裱花袋里,挤在铺了油纸的烤盘中。烤箱190预热后烤8-10分钟,烤好的饼干要移到烤架上放凉再装进袋中保存。
    提示:
             蒜蓉和洋葱都要切的非常细,因为是要用裱花袋挤出来的,太大块容易堵塞花嘴,如果切得不是很细,建议用大口的挤花嘴。
