    蛋壳果冻

     
    材料:
     
    果冻部分:
                 任意口味的果冻粉、清水、各种形状的果冻模型或冰格、樱桃适量
    巧克力小碗部分:
                 白巧克力少量、小碗两个、锡纸
     
    做法:
                1、清水和果冻粉边煮边搅拌,等到果冻粉都溶化了离火放凉后倒在模型中,放在冰箱中冰30分钟左右至凝固。
                2、白巧克力切碎,隔水溶化。把锡纸铺在小碗中,做成碗的形状,把溶化的巧克力倒一些进去,轻轻晃动让巧克力均匀的铺在锡纸上面,放冰箱冰一下,等到巧克力凝固了,轻轻把锡纸撕掉,就成了一个巧克力的小碗。
                3、把厨房剪刀在热水中泡一会,在巧克力碗的边缘剪出锯齿形状。
                4、凝固的果冻用牙签剥离,脱模后放在巧克力小碗中,再放几颗樱桃就可以了。
     
    小提示:
               果冻粉和水的比例一般在果冻粉的外包装上面有标,自己在家做可以不必放得太多,软软的也比较好吃。
               搭配的水果可随意,喜欢吃什么就放什么。
