    泰式海鲜沙拉

     

    酸酸甜甜的味道,喜欢清淡口味的人一定喜欢!

     

    材料 :

            (不一定非要用这么多的东西,可以根据自己的情况任意改变,用多少也可以根据自己的口味随意哈):虾、鱿鱼、扇贝、橙子1个(最好用柚子,没买到所以用橙子代替了)黄瓜1根、芹菜1根、生菜、红葱(或用洋葱)、鱼露、1个柠檬汁、麻油、糖、黑胡椒


    做法:
              虾剥壳,去虾线,在背部划一刀。鱿鱼切小块打花刀、扇贝去壳洗净。把虾、鱿鱼、扇贝焯水待用。这些工作都是老爸做的,所以没有拍照片。1个柠檬挤出汁,加适量鱼露,可以一边加一边尝,再加入适量麻油、糖、黑胡椒。因为鱼露很咸,所以就不用放盐了,最后尝下味道就可以。
    黄瓜切片、红葱切丝泡一下冷水以减少辛辣的味道,芹菜择去叶子切小段焯水,橙子去皮切小块,生菜洗净撕成小块铺在盘子里。准备好的材料放在一个大碗中,加入调好的汁,拌匀放在盘子里。
