    綠茶蛋糕

    准备:
             烤箱预热到180度。大型廚房蛋糕模具一個
    材料:

         1. 面粉 3/4杯(80克,13大勺)

         2. 绿茶粉 10克

         3. 盐 1/8勺(2克)(备注:也可以不放盐。)

         4. 砂糖 1/2杯(75克,8.3大勺)

         5. 菜油 1/4杯(56克,4大勺)

         6. 水(或牛奶)1/4杯(60克,4大勺)

         7. 蛋4个,室温,分开蛋白和蛋黄。把蛋白放在一个清洁无油的大盆中。

         8. 白醋1/4小勺

    备注:

              这次不用泡打粉哦~~~

    做法:

        1)把面粉,绿茶粉,盐混合筛在大碗里。

        2)将蛋黄打散,依次添加砂糖,水(或牛奶),油,搅拌均匀。

        3)将过筛好的(1),分三次,倒入(2)中,搅拌均匀,但切记不要画圈,以免面粉出筋,影响口感。

        4)将白醋倒入蛋白中,用打蛋器打发蛋白,打到蛋白膨胀数倍,轻易拉出尖角,或轻易立住一把小勺子即可。

        5)把打发的蛋白,分出1/3倒入面糊中,从下向上翻着搅拌。切记不要画圈,以免蛋白消泡,影响膨发的效果。(此时预热烤箱)

        6)再将1/3的蛋白倒入面糊中搅拌。

        7)将已经与2/3蛋白搅拌充分的面糊,倒入剩余的1/3蛋白上。然后用橡皮刀,从下往上翻着搅拌面糊,直到均匀。

        8)把面糊倒入模具,送进烤箱,180摄氏度,烤30分钟即可。

        9)拿出后,马上倒扣!

     

    备注:

             如果你喜欢表面裂开的,就靠近上火一点。如果你喜欢表面平整的,那么就相对离上火远一点,呵呵。大功告成。快去試試吧
