    橙汁烩猪扒

    主 料:
             猪脊肉条1斤(约600克),葱2棵(切碎),橙1/2个(切片),面粉2汤匙,油2汤匙,牛油3汤
             匙,鲜橙汁3/2杯,水1杯。
    配 料:
             调味料:盐1茶匙,胡椒粉少许。香料:香草3/2茶匙,百里香、黑胡椒各1/2茶匙,迷迭香少
             许。

    做 法:

             1、猪扒整块洗净,加调味料拌匀,涂上一层薄面粉。

             2、烧热油,将猪扒煎至呈焦黄色,取出,洗净煎锅,再加2汤匙水煮熟猪扒。

             3、另锅煮溶牛油,炒葱粒至变色,加入(2)的汁、橙汁和水1杯,煮滚。

             4、放入猪扒,下香料煮15-20分钟,取出猪扒切约1厘米厚块,再放回锅中煮20分钟,可加少许

                  盐、胡椒粉调味。

             5、猪扒连汁上碟,橙片伴碟即成。
